新能源电动汽车在开展碰撞试验后，存在两个时间阶段会出现起火的安全事件，第一个时间阶段是碰撞后5分钟内，存在立刻发送起火燃烧现象，第二个时间阶段是碰撞后5分钟-72小时，存在电池模组内部或线路出现短路等现象，导致温度缓慢升高从而发生起火燃烧。

工作逻辑和功能描述Job logic and functional description：

1. 电动汽车或电池模块在碰撞试验前准备过程中，将热电偶传感器粘贴在您所需要监控的位置并布线到车上相对安装的位置，并安装和连接数据采集发送模块，设置好传感器通道和报警限值；
